Orders are submitted as standard 2D embroidery. 3D Puff embroidery is an extra $5 per hat and is only possible on some designs and is billed separately.
Please keep in mind that really small details do not work well for embroidery. Very small text and details will need to be removed from some designs. LESS IS MORE when it comes to embroidery designs.

Please upload an image to help us locate and verify your artwork we have setup previously. We will be able to assign your pre-existing artwork file to your order.
Standard Artwork Setup is included for orders of 12 or more hats. For orders less than 12 hats Artwork Setup is a one time charge $50. We keep your artwork on file for all future orders.
You will receive a digital stitch preview for feedback and approval before your order goes into production. We test stitch every design to ensure it meets our quality standards before completing your order.
Premium Artwork Setup is inculded for free for orders of 36 or more hats.

Centered Designs: Our standard sizing for Centered designs is 2.3" tall and 4.2" wide (while keeping your designs proportions). The maximum embroidery field size is 6.3" wide by 2.3" tall.
Offset Designs: Maximum 2.3" tall and 3" wide. We will use the maximum space we can on the side panel (while keeping your designs proportions).
If you would like different dimensions than our standards, please let us know in the order notes below.
Centered Designs: Our standard sizing for Centered designs is 2.5" tall and 4" wide (while keeping your designs proportions). The maximum patch size is 4" wide by 2.5" tall.
Offset Designs: Maximum 2.5" tall and 3" wide. We will use the maximum space we can on the side panel (while keeping your designs proportions).

Designs can have up to 15 different colors in them. We recommend keeping designs to the fewest numbers of colors possible. Please Note: Different screens can display colors differently. Colors are more vibrant in person. We only use high quality Madeira 100% polyester thread.
