We started making custom leather patch hats in 2020 with the idea of creating a great online source for quality custom headwear after realizing there wasn’t any great options online. Our #1 goal is to create the highest quality end product for our customers. What sets us apart from other leather patch hat companies is the attention to detail and the process we have developed. Our patches are not sewn to the hat but they are welded to the material of the hats giving you a much cleaner look to the patch. There are a ton of shops online using adhesive and then using a heat press to adhere the patch which will fail in the short term. Our processes are completely custom and developed in house.
